The short version

Spurv collects nothing. Your check-ins, goals, reflections and Pip stay on your iPhone. There’s no account, no analytics and no advertising.

Apple Health

If you turn on “Save in Apple Health”, each check-in is written to Health as a State of Mind. Spurv only writes; it never reads anything from Health. You can turn it off any time in Spurv or in the Health app.

Apple Intelligence

On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, the daily question is written by Apple’s on-device model from your mood and your latest reflections. It happens on your iPhone; nothing is sent to Apple or anyone else.

Widgets

The widget shows Pip and today’s goals. The app shares only that small summary with the widget, on your iPhone.

Your data

Everything is stored in the app on your iPhone. Delete the app, and it’s gone.
